The person responsible for JDV is the lawyer and advisor Agnieszka. She is a Polish jurist with more than 10 years of experience in the legal and financial sector, responsible for the Polish Desk at JDV Advisors, an advisory center for Polish investors in Spain. She accompanies entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in all phases of their implementation in the Spanish market: from the planning and execution of real estate operations, through tax optimization, to the management of procedures related to business activity and the displacement of workers.

Her practice covers, among other areas, tax law, which she developed within the framework of the Master’s in Tax Law at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and during her training at the University of Valencia. She has legal training in Poland — a graduate in Law and Administration from the Jagiellonian University and with postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Likewise, she holds the official title in Spain of Real Estate Agent of Catalonia – Real Estate Agent (AICAT), which allows her to combine legal advice with a deep knowledge of the local real estate market.

The experience acquired in an international financial institution, in matters of data protection and prevention of money laundering (AML), allows her to design efficient investment structures and transactions, essential for investors operating in multiple jurisdictions.
