I am Agnieszka, lawyer and advisor responsible for the Polish Desk at JDV. I am a Polish jurist with more than 10 years of experience in the legal and financial sector, responsible for the Polish Desk at JDV Asesores, an advisory center for Polish investors in Spain. I accompany entrepreneurs, investors and companies in all phases of their implementation in the Spanish market: from the planning and execution of real estate operations, through tax optimization, to the management of procedures related to business activity and the displacement of workers.
Mi practice encompasses, among other areas, tax law, which I have developed within the framework of the Master’s in Tax Law from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and during my training at the University of Valencia. I have legal training in Poland — graduated in Law and Administration from the Jagiellonian University and with postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Likewise, I hold the official title in Spain of Real Estate Agent of Catalonia – Real Estate Agent (AICAT), which allows me to combine legal advice with a deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
